Returns & Exchange Procedure

If you are unhappy with your items, send your concerns to our Instagram page along with your proof of purchase, and we will work with you to rectify your complaints and issue a refund if we deem it necessary. Returns will be at the cost of the purchaser. 

Typically, orders will be dispatched the next day after you purchased your item. 

You will be notified when your parcel has been dispatched. 

It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure they provide the correct shipping address and information in the system at the time of ordering. Any incorrect information being provided, will not result in a refund being issued.
